Cash rebates are available to builders of new single- (one to three units) and multi-family (four or more units) residential construction for installing high-efficiency equipment and building ENERGY STAR^®-qualified homes.

Single-Family

For new construction projects of one to three units.

• If you are submitting for single-family standalone rebates, follow the instructions on the application.

Multi-Family

For new construction projects of four or more connected units.

• If you are submitting for a multi-family project, call 801-324-5118 for additional information and a more streamlined submission.

Whole-Home

• If you work with a Home Energy Rater, you may be eligible for the standalone rebates or whole-home rebates. A rater will also be able to submit the required rebate information on your behalf.

An IRS Form W-9 must be submitted with application and supporting documents. Requests must be postmarked within six months of the Dominion Energy service turn-on date to be eligible.
