If you work with a Home Energy Rater, you may be eligible for the standalone rebates and whole-home rebates. A rater will also be able to submit the required rebate information on your behalf.

An IRS Form W-9 must be submitted with application and supporting documents. Requests must be postmarked within six months of the Dominion Energy service turn-on date to be eligible.
