As part of the approved ThermWise Weatherization Rebates program, beginning February 12, 2010, Questar Gas will be performing on-site inspections prior to issuing any rebate applications for Duct Sealing and Duct Insulation. As a result, the time required to process rebate applications is expected to increase. Questar Gas customers may continue to have Duct Sealing and Duct Insulation work performed under the program requirements as set forth in the Questar Gas Company Utah Natural Gas Tariff, PSCU 400.
Effective, January 1, 2009, the provision available in the ThermWise rebate programs which allowed the rebate check to be assigned to a 3rd party was eliminated. Rebate checks will only be made payable to the Questar Gas customer on record (applicant).
