THERMWISE^® WEATHERIZATION
(For Existing Single Family and Multifamily Homes Only)

Completed form and itemized receipt must be received within six months of purchase to meet eligibility criteria.

As part of the approved ThermWise Weatherization Rebate programs a single-family home is defined as a structure with up to four attached residential dwelling units. A multifamily residence has five or more attached dwelling units. Beginning March 1, 2011 to qualify for insulation and duct related rebates, customers will be required to have measures installed by a ThermWise Authorized Contractor. For qualifying multifamily residences, a pre qualification inspection is still required. The ThermWise Weatherization Rebates will include weatherization-efficiency measures listed below in the Weatherization Rebates table.

Duct sealing and insulation work completed by a ThermWise Authorized Contractor must be done together in order to meet the revised Questar Gas 2011 duct sealing and insulation specifications. Click here for additional information.

For a property owner, property manager or landlord of a property up to four units and is not listed on the Questar account complete the Property Owner Addendum and submit with the Weatherization Rebates Application.
