Effective March 1, 2011 Questar Gas will ONLY provide rebates for duct and insulation measures to customers who have had the work completed by a ThermWise Authorized Contractor. To see the list of ThermWise Authorized Contractors please click here.
ThermWise Authorized Contractors are required to satisfy the following requirements:
- Retain active and acceptable business and contractor licenses
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Perform installations to the highest standard, complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations
- Provide customers with truthful and accurate program information
- Assist customers with the rebate application process

Do-it-yourselfers can install insulation (duct insulation excluded) and receive rebates. Jobs need to be verified by a ThermWise Home Energy Audit or ThermWise Representative. If you are installing your own insulation, please call 800-867-2044 for additional information.
