THERMWISE MULTIFAMILY BUILDER REBATES
Builders of multifamily properties of five or more units are eligible for rebates for building more energy-efficient units.

Appliances Requirements Rebate
ENERGY STAR Multifamily/Attached Housing Certification*** Field verification and supporting documentation by home energy rater (HERS) must be provided. $250 per unit
ENERGY STAR Clothes Washer MEF 1.72 - 1.99 (must have gas water heat) $50
ENERGY STAR Clothes Washer MEF 2.0 or higher (must have gas water heat) $75
High-Efficiency Gas Dryer Moisture Sensor included $30
High-Efficiency Gas Storage Water Heater EF 0.62 or higher (minimum 40 gallons, 75,000 Btu/hr or less) $50
Tankless Gas Water Heater EF 0.80 or higher $300
High-Efficiency Gas Furnace AFUE 90% or higher $300
High-Efficiency Gas Boilers AFUE 85% or higher $400
Solar Assisted Gas Water Heating Must be Active and Certified OG-100 by SRCC
 $750
*** Limit is one rebate per unit for ENERGY STAR Certification.
