Below is a list of resources for you to access the information you need and help you get started to Build ThermWise.    

 

Forms and Applications:
 
    Builder Participation Agreement – this document is required for builders submitting their first
        ThermWise Builder rebate.
    Builder Rebates Program Application – apply to receive rebates for installing high-efficiency
        equipment or building energy-efficient/ENERGY STAR homes.
    Parade of Homes Participation Form – apply to receive cash rebates for participating in
        Parade of Homes.
    Builder Multifamily Worksheet – online worksheet for builders submitting a rebate for
        multifamily properties (5 or more units).
    Solar Assisted Natural Gas Water Heater Application – for single (1 to 4 units) and multifamily
        (5 or more units) properties, existing and new construction.
