THERMWISE^® BUILDER REBATES
Through the ThermWise Builder and Multifamily Rebate Programs, Questar Gas offers rebates to builders of new residential construction for installing high-efficiency equipment and building ENERGY STAR^® qualified or High Performance Homes.

Builders of multifamily properties of five or more units, please refer to ThermWise Multifamily Builder Rebates Program for details and application form.

Builders can also receive additional cash incentives for including ThermWise measures in their Model Homes or Parade Homes.

A signed Builder Participation Agreement is required to receive rebates from the ThermWise Builder Rebates Program. Please click on the link to download the form and submit with your rebate application.

ENERGY STAR Tankless Gas Water Heater EF 0.82 or higher	$300

High-Efficiency Gas Boilers AFUE 85% or higher	$400
Solar Assisted Gas Water Heating Must be active and Certified Og-100 by SRCC. Only one rebate per system. Systems may require multiple collectors. Solar Assisted Gas Water Heating FAQs Supplemental Application Required	$750
*** Limit is one rebate per home for ENERGY STAR Certification.

How to Apply for ThermWise Builder Rebates:

The Builder Participation Agreement is required to receive rebates. Complete the participation agreement and fax it to the number on the bottom of the agreement.
If seeking an ENERGY STAR Home Certification for your new home, please consult a Home Energy Rater in Utah at the planning stage of your project. Homes need to be inspected before the dry wall is installed and again when the home is complete. The ENERGY STAR Home Certification is currently not available for existing homes in the state of Utah. For more information regarding ENERGY STAR Certification please reference the ENERGY STAR Web site.
Complete and submit the ThermWise Builder Rebates Application with all required documentation.
Rebates are only available for equipment purchased and installed or homes built on or after January 1, 2007.
