Completed form and all required information and documentation must be received within six months of customer gas service turn-on to meet eligibility criteria.

Through the ThermWise Builder Rebates Program, Questar Gas® offers cash rebates to builders of new single (1 to 4 units) and multifamily (5 or more units) residential construction for installing high-efficiency equipment and building ENERGY STAR® qualified homes.

Apply for your next cash rebate in 3 easy steps:

	ENSURE YOUR ELIGIBILITY New single family and multifamily dwellings that will receive Questar Gas service are eligible for ThermWise Builder Program Rebates. Please review the Terms and Conditions on the application for further eligibility details.
	WORK WITH YOUR RATER Talk to your Home Energy Rater (HERS) to determine your ENERGY STAR participation level for 2011. Visit ENERGY STAR for more information
	COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR REBATE APPLICATION Send your application by e-mail, fax or mail. Rebate checks are issued within approximately six weeks upon receipt of a completed and approved rebate application.
